Shutterfly, please fix this app… It really is helpful when it’s working and your shared sites are so great for youth activities. The syncing between the web tool and the app is awful and therefore I’m getting close to just telling everyone not to use the app. I’ve had numerous parents say that they don’t get updates, say that they enter information that never shows up on the web tool… Unfortunately the app sometimes create major issues… It is so buggy and it doesn’t feel like it has been updated in forever, it isn’t accurate and doesn’t reflect the web tool. Helps with communication and overall success of our troop. It’s not a perfect fit, but it really is a great tool to keep parents informed and information at their fingertips. I’ve been using it for several years to keep my daughters Girl Scout troop organized. I really love Shutterfly’s shared site tool.

Click on the album that contains the photos that you want to delete from your iPhone. I've completely deleted them from iPhoto to the point where you can't even view them in iPhoto again and. (2 points) 8:54 AM in response to LarryHN. This will take you to a list of albums that are currently saved to your account. The correct way is using iPhoto and select the photo (s) in an event, press the delete key and empty the iPhoto trash and then the system trash. Maybe, if the issues are fixed, we will come back, but with all of the issues we’ve had. Click on My Albums in the top navigation bar. If you want to remove more than one item at a time, click to select the photos and videos you want to remove, then click the album icon in the top black bar, and choose Remove from album. Especially knowing that in the website you can go to the availability page and make all of your selections there.Īfter a few years of fumbling through with this app, our team is going to be using a different app to organize our team. Removing a photo or video from an album only removes it from that particular album, it does not remove it from your account or other albums. If you delete a photo you are seeing in an album, it will be removed from all other albums and deleted from the library and the Camera Roll as well. The albums are just showing you the same photos as your Camera Roll, grouped differently for easy access. In the app, in order to show availability, I have to go to the calendar, click on an event, select availability, make my choice, click back to go to the event, click back to go to the calendar, select the next event date, select availability, and make my selection. Photos in albums are no duplicates of your Camera Roll photos. I then go to the website, have to navigate that with my phone (it’s not configured for mobile devices), in order to read a message. I get an notification on my phone that the coach has sent a message, click on the message, and it is blank. I have not had any issues with the web site on my computer, but the app is cumbersome for showing availability for games/ practices, and worthless for messages. We use this site/app to help organize a baseball team.
